Small & Medium Business

Small & medium businesses are facing increased pressure to keep up with larger and more technology-enabled organisations. There is an urgency to boost productivity and simplify business processes to get better value out of resources and opportunities.

To help maintain competitiveness, Correct Comms can integrate your business’s phone, email, instant messaging and video conferencing systems together into a single unified service that will reduce costs substantially and allow for better security and availability both in the office and at home.

Our Services

The network is an oft-neglected component of IT infrastructure. However, it is also the core that enables your business applications to work efficiently and effectively.

IT systems that lack a solid, well-designed network will not give you or your business the full performance or the return-on-investment that you have the right to expect.

Here at Correct Comms, we have designed networks for businesses of all sizes, from globally-dispersed organisations down to single-site SMBs. We make the effort to understand what you need out of your IT systems, and we work with you to design and implement a network that is –

Available – up and running when you need it

Resilient – avoids single points of failure

Scalable – easily grows as your business grows

Flexible – agile and able to shift directions with your changing needs

Manageable – streamlined, integrated and transparent

Network Security

How secure are your IT systems?

In the not-so-distant past, a basic router-firewall was considered sufficient security for your network’s edge.

Fast-forward to the present, and a dizzying array of new security threats have evolved. For example: attacks are now embedded in what legacy firewalls consider to be “secure” ports. If your business is not using an application-aware firewall, otherwise known as a Next Generation Firewall (NGFW), your network is open to an array of potentially damaging attacks.

Don’t believe us? We have monitored small networks with legacy firewalls and have found thousands of potential attacks entering the network every week.

Security doesn’t stop at your network’s edge, either. A complete security solution incorporates other supporting elements, such as email protection and endpoint protection. Correct Comms is well-positioned to provide a complete security solution for your organisation.

We work with best-of-breed networking and security vendors, and we can tailor a solution to suit your business, whether you’re a single-site SMB or or a large, geographically-dispersed organisation. We’ll implement a solution that ensures a strong networking foundation and security layers that enable you to get the most value out of your IT systems.

Wireless & Mobility

Wireless technologies are becoming much more widely used in day-to-day life as the performance and availability of wireless technology has improved.

This trend in wireless can create a host of opportunities for your business. You can increase employee productivity, as well as improve work-life balance, by enabling employees the flexibility in how, when and from where they can connect to your business’s network and applications. Productive and happy employees are great for business – just imagine how your organisation would look if your staff could securely connect with your business-critical applications at any time, from anywhere, and on any approved device.

Here at Correct Comms, we have designed wireless and remote access networks for businesses of all sizes, from globally-dispersed organisations down to single-site SMBs. We work with best-of-breed wireless vendors and we can tailor a solution to suit your business’s unique requirements.

Collaboration is the industry term for the collection of technologies that allow users to communicate, to engage and to innovate – anywhere, anytime, and on any device.

Sound complicated? Collaboration consists of technology layers. The core technology layer of collaboration is the IP telephony system, allowing IP phones and endpoints to be layered on your IT network, centrally controlled by a telephony manager. The IP telephony system replaces legacy PABX’s. Collaboration applications can then be added to the base telephony system as follows:

Softphones: A softphone can enable voice and video calls via a software client on your PC/laptop/tablet/mobile device.

Unified Messaging: Voicemail-to-Email

Instant Messaging and Presence – check your colleagues’ availability via a softphone client and then communicate via instant messaging before escalating into a voice or video call.

Customer Care: Effectively and efficiently communicate with inbound customer interactions with soft switchboards and/or contact centres with voice/email/chat/videoconferencing queues.

Conferencing: Audio, Video or web-based conferencing solutions.

Many vendors will offer a subset of these technologies without offering a complete standards-based solution. We have partnered with the leader in collaboration, Cisco Systems, to allow us to provide a single vendor solution for all of the above collaboration technologies.

Don’t have the capital to invest in these technologies? We have a cloud solution that can assist you by delivering a mix of these technologies as an operational expense.
